    How to build your rotation

Tap + Day, + Night, + 24h or + Off to add one day at a time, in the order your rotation runs. You can also type letters straight into the box: D for a day shift, N for a night shift, T for a 24-hour shift and O for a day off. For example, DDNNOOOO is two days, two nights and four days off.

Set the shift length, then pick the date that was day 1 of your rotation. The calendar, the cycle strip and the calendar export all follow what you typed. Night shifts start 12 hours after the day-shift start time.

The builder handles one crew and rotations up to 42 days long. Copy the link to save your rotation or share it with a coworker.

    Questions

Can I save my custom rotation?

Yes. Press Copy link to this schedule and bookmark the link or send it to yourself. Your rotation is stored in the link, not on a server.

    Can I mix 12-hour and 24-hour shifts?

Yes. Use T for 24-hour shifts. Day and night shifts use the shift length you choose.

How long can my rotation be?

Up to 42 days. Most rotations repeat every 2 to 6 weeks.

    Is this my official schedule?

No. It shows the rotation you typed. Your employer's posted schedule is the one that counts.
